Back to the original question, I tried to search for evidence but wasn't able to find much but articles describing how it couldn't have happened. The most obvious reason is that voting machines, for obvious reasons, are not able to connect to the internet or otherwise be in a network. So, massive software manipulation from afar is simply impossible. The "whistleblower" was doing IT support at one location and her allegations were more about how the ballots were counted plus that she didn't get lunch because a food truck delivered ballots instead.
I did find this interview with her on the very first page of my Google search on "Dominion Whistleblower":

Ahead of a Tuesday hearing in the case, Trump’s campaign dropped its request in the lawsuit that hundreds of thousands of mail-in and absentee ballots — 682,479, to be precise — be thrown out because they were processed without its representatives able to watch.
