Rear curtain window

Had a new rear curtain window put in and also a U zip for the helm eisenglass

After taking down the rear curtain what's the best way to store that curtain with out damaging the new window?
lye the plastic window flat and fold the canvas around it???:huh:

Yes, never fold the actual window - and it's better to keep the canvas and zippers off the window as you roll it up with a bed sheet, as well.

I went to Sam's and got a set of terry cloth towels I use these for my front and side curtains, and my back canvas. I lay a towel down on my aft curtain and then fold the canvas ontop of the towel. I roll all my maretial with the towel facing out.

I fold up my aft curtain for the summer with towels over the glass. Glass in not folded and lays flat. A good place to keep it is under a bed.

My front windows hang vertically in my garage with old bed sheets in between them to keep them from sticking to each other.

If you're talking about taking the windows down for the summer, why not take them home and hang them in the garage?

I put up three pieces of 1"x3" wood on the ceiling of the garage, spaced about 1.5' apart (perpendicular to the rafters). Each of the 1x3's has small brass cup holder hooks mounted in them, spaced two inches apart. I use office-type binder clips to hang the windows and the system works great. The windows hang straight, never touch, stay clean and are in perfect condition to put up the next fall.
