Looking for GPS and good platform. I would appreciate any opinions either way?

We have the Raymarine C80. No regrets. GPS, Chartplotter, Radar all work as advertised. The new Raymarine software lets you use Navionics Platinum chips in the device.

Thanks for the reply. I purchased a garmin 4008 today (Tiger GPS) for slightly less money and ease of use.

We have them for $50 less than Tiger! You won't regret buying it, make sure you get the Vision chart. The 4000 series blows away Raymarine's E Seires.
