R 80 Radar Chartplotter

I have the raytheon Pathfinder R 80 Radar Chartplotter. I use the chartplotter all the time but the radar section only a couple times a year. When i used it last week it was running well them the open ray antenna sudently stopped. I swithed back to chartplotter and left it. the next day I re-tried the radar, the open ray antenna turns, but on the screen I can change the range, I get lat/log position and rings on screen but nothing else. no land no boats nothing. Tried a factory reset but no go. Anyone with ideas ???
I know it's an old system but I do use and love the chartploter section but rarelly use the radar but nice to have.
Any info would be greatly appreciated​

How is your sensitivity level set? Sometimes if it is set too low you will see a blank screen. Since you don't use the radar function frequently, I would suggest playing with the adjustments and see if you can get it to function to your satisfaction.
