I am putting this on again. I had a few responses but I haven't the info that I need. I put in a new curcuit board in my 89 quicksilver genset and one of my numbers came off the wires. I know that one of the terminals have 3 wires on it and I think it was terminal one. If somebody could take a picture of the wiring in the genset that would be great I know it is a pita but it would get me running. The wire is grouped with the wires that go to the regulator.:smt100
Thanks
Bob

Dan,
I have a manual that I got off the net. Not sure if it is the same as the one you have. It dosen't show the wires it just tells you where they go. As wire 65 goes to terminal 2 and so on. The wire I have does not have any numbers on it or maybe it does but the eyes aren't what they use to be:smt089
Maybe if I take the wire out I will see a number but I don't think so. I do think that it is a starter wire and it goes to one of the two starter switches. But what ever you can do will help me conquer this.
Thanks

Bob, I emailed you but figured I'd post the pix here for posterity and archiving...

YEAH! I got it going finally got it running! The only problem I have now is that it won't stay running. The fuel pump stops when I stop pushing the start switch?:smt013
I'm getting there!
Bob:thumbsup:

Ignition switch could be bad. Start with the simple stuff. Spent close to 3 hours with a fellow CSR member chasing down the same problem on one of his mains before we looked at the switch, which turned out to be the problem.

Bob, how'd you get it going without the pix? Are these the pix you were looking for?
