Quicksilver 3000 throttle issues

so tried to tack the Sea Ray 250 out but had no throttle response. I took the 3000 apart and noticed the little black barrel clips (2 pieces sandwich around the cable to hold it in place) were missing. Any idea of where i can get replacements?

update....apparently the two piece barrel lock is suppose to me molded on to the throttle cable...so its time for a new cable. joy.
