I was wondering if the o ring in the quick disconnect fittings can be replaced with any success or should I just buy new fittings when need be. My problem is the local marine store does not carry a good supply of fittings, but I did notice a large supply of o rings hanging in the same general area.

Most styles of push to connect fittings have replaceable o-rings. Sea Ray uses 15 mm tubing, which may make the o-ring a challenge to find. I would dig one out and go to an auto-supply that carries an assortment of o-rings. You would want a nitrile rubber compound.

I've ordered Sea-Tech fittings from West Marine, they usually carry all of the configurations shown in their catalog. It is best to call them as their web site doesn't always agree with the inventory they actually have on hand.

I had a fitting failure in the ER and could not find 15MM parts for the brand of fitting on Asuseyez. I had to just buy new fittings ... the 15mm variety is a little hard to find seems its a marine only use.

I keep several complete unit of elbows, connectos and nipples in spares now because a failure is not repairable.
