Questions about New Seabury Marina

I am on the waiting list for a slip at New Seaury Marina and i wanted to speak with someone that has a boat there or had a boat there recently. I am concerned with the depth of the channel. I have vdrive inboards and draft 35 inches. I recently went into the channel and i was kicking up sand and half tide. I thought maybe there was a trick to going in the channel or maybe its due for dredging.

I used to be in New Seabury Marina. It has always had an issue with depth. I came through there at mid tide and destroyed the outdrive ($8000 repair). I would only use that marina for high tides or come in on plane. at the last marker before turn it drops and you can shut it down there and dig it in. I ended up moving to Brewer yacht in Falmouth. good Luck.
