I have a boat I purchased a few months ago, getting ready to put it in the water. I ran it with the hose attatched. When I put it in reverse, the propeller barely moved. Is it supposed to do that, or does reverse not work until it is in the water. New to boating

I have no experience with your model, but for all of mine, the rule has been pretty constant. As long as the muffs are on, the boat should perform identically to being in the water...that includes forward and reverse.

Ditto! Reverse should spin the prop!
