I am interested in a spare G1810, as you know the G1814X is also discontinued and having a different mechanical seal than G1810. The new one is G2903X need a new impeller and seal as well, different from the others. I can get the new G2903X for about $950 (Fairfield supply Google) but would prefer the G1810 that I have spare parts for and impellers. The question is if I stay with G1810 or go for G2903X when I really need one. With this background info I offer $500 for a discontinued unit that may look low but somewhat fair? My draw back would be some longer down time should I not have a spare. Let me know.
