PWC insurance

I am looking for a used personal watercraft. I am wondering about insurance. Do you use the same company as your boat? Or do ou have your policy for your pwc with a different company? Thanks for the feedback.

Just bought a PWC too. Got my insurance through Progressive as they had a better price than my boat insurer (Travelers). I work with an agent that finds me the best deal.

One other thought. Make sure with your PWC and boat that you add them to your umbrella liability policy if you have one. I carry an extra $2M of blanket liability protection for what I consider to be a cheap cost. Worth the peace of mind.
