Ok im ready to put my trim cylinders arms back on,and didnt really pay attention when I took them off,But I think the P.O. did some custom shimming with xtra washers? "im talking about the washers that go on by the bushings"
My question is first off all how many washers should I have?
It appears the back has some built in washers on the shaft where the arms is bolted on. "the shaft closest to the transom"
So Should I just slide on the arm to that, then add a washer at the end, then nut?
Then the front should there be a washer up against the actuall drive then bushing arm then washer then nut?

The transom end has a washer that is clipped on.Then the bushing-trim arm-bushing-washer-nut in that order. The front of the trim arm you put washer-bushing-trim arm-bushing-washer-nut in that order.

Then the front should there be a washer up against the actuall drive then bushing arm then washer then nut?

I only removed the front of mine when I serviced my outdrive. But you are right with the quote above. One washer on either side of the cylinder arm.

Ok, I see the washer that is clipped on but shouldnt be ...Clip lock, washer, bushing arm, washer, nut?
It is currently washer, then the clip,,wouldnt the bushing rub against the C clip thing,Is it possible to reverse it to have the clip on the inside of the washer,Or is it on right?

No, the bushing has a relief on one side.

You have 8 bushings total for front and back Left and Right trim arm.2 of those should have reliefs on one side.

Oh and the last thing is the nut/bolt cap.
