Purchasing my first Sea Ray

Looking into the purchase of a 1996 SeaRay 370 with mercruiser 7.4's with 750 hours. Should I be concerned with this many hours on them.

What surveys do I need and what is the normal cost.

Are there any specific areas that I should watch out for in the model and year.

What cruising speed / performance can I expect and what fuel burn should I get.

The boat is super clean and dosent look like it has hardly been used.

Any suggestions or comments would be appreciated.
