Pull out bed

im finally getting to look at the pull out bed on my new to me 52 sedan bridge. It seems to be very unlevel from head to foot. It doesn’t seem to have any adjustments to it. The mattress does need to be replaced but the head is lower then the feet. I’m sure no one will sleep on that. Anyone have similar issue?

That puts a cross bar across the middle of the back. Worse deal.
