Is it the same size for year 1990 - 1994?

Does the propellers counter rotate or are they going the same direction?

They counter rotate. You may still have engines turning in opposite directions on that boat. Later the transmissions took care of the rotation direction. STBD turns counterclockwise, PORT clockwise regardless if it's the engine or the tranny determining the direction.
