Propeller Selection

Hello! I recently purchased a 1997 330 Sundancer. It has V Drives with 5.7L Mercruisers. I find that the "bite "i get when putting the trans in reverse when docking is lacking a bit. I seem to have to provide a bit more throttle input that i think should be required. Also, at speed, my perception is that the rpm's a re higher than they should be for the speed being travelled. I am cruising at approximately 22 knots at 3900 RPM. My hunch is that i don't have the right props. Can anyone provide me with the proper size, pitch etc?
Any guidance would be much appreciated.

What is your WOT speed and rpm? That will help people.

Will test tomorrow and advise. The information listed in my survey is as follows:
"Twin Three-Blade Nibral 16”Diameter X 16” Pitch
The propellers, Serial # (P) 312323, 7-14, 16L16, (S) 312322, 7-14, 16R16, are aftermarket and small than stock sizing."

At WOT, the engines were at 5000rpm and the speed was 31 mph (on GPS)
