Propeller Selection

Can I place a propeller from a 1997 Searay 270 Sundancer on my 2000 Searay 240. The SR 270 DA has 454 engine. I dont know the out drive. If its a Bravo 1 can I use it on a Bravo 2. My boats spec call for a 17.75 Diam/ 21p propeller.

Bravo 2 is a different animal and takes a much larger diameter prop

There is someone selling a prop off a 1997 SR 270 DA with Merc 454 engine but I don't know the out drive. It has the right pitch and Diameter. So the size appears right but not sure of the outdrive.

If the size is right you're good to go. B1's are smaller than B2's 17"
