I used a High Five on my '98 210 (same as your '99, except for the 5.7L engine - EFI, your signature doesn't mention carb'd or EFI). I did play around quite a bit (luckily I can do this quite easily with my position here at the store:smt001). I found the High Five to be the best prop (same pitch - I think 19" - as the standard 3-blade SS). It gave me a faster hole shot, better mid-range speed and lost nothing off the top end. I also found the "medium" plugs for the PVS system to be the best.
But, it really depends on what you want a new prop to do for you and what you have now. This was the best prop for what I wanted, but that may differ from what you want.
Have you looked around on this site for previous threads about this topic? Have you looked at Merc's online prop selector? Both good places to get a lot of info.
