Well the boat has been home for about a month now but the weather has sucked. Pulled the lower unit a few weeks ago. Got the new impeller in but still need to reinstall lower unit. 2 seasons ago when we pulled the boat the depth finder transducer hit the bunk and broke. I glued it with epoxy but the first time out last year it broke again so just wire tied it up to keep it out of the way. Bought a new depth finder and today removed the old one and got the wires all fished up to the dash. Still need to wire up the new gauge and mount the new transducer to the transom. My plan for that is to drill 3/8" holes and fill with Marine Tex then drill into the Marine Tex to mount it but it's too cold for the epoxy to cure so that part is on hold.
Also replaced the anodes today so that's done. Still need to do some cleaning and buffing but still too cold but it is about 60* today but going down to about 35* at night.

It's a rewarding process, to get a boat ready to hit the water, with more steps than could even be imagined. Great going, and please do keep us posted with updates and pictures.

best of luck with her... pics...
