New boat has Faria Smartcraft gauges instead of the Mercury branded gauges I am accustomed to.
Programming and set up is not as intuitive. Has anyone ever added values to the screens to scroll through on these newer gauges? I am specifically looking to add fuel use instantaneous and average, and trim value as a number not a bar graph. I read the manual and it does not tell you what values are able to be added, or how many "pages" (number of values to be displayed) this version can have. Merc version I simply said "yes" to put a value on the display scroll choices.

Anyone with experience?

Programmed this past weekend. Not as intuitive but ok. I set the page limit to 20 and it was still fine. That gets me all the key parameters displayed.
One thing I do not like is the trim value is just a bar graph, never an actual number. No option for a number to be displayed. Poor design. Also, doesn't really have the dual value screens like the Merc gauges. Again, the Merc gauges are superior in that respect.
