Our brand new Raymarine HD Digital radome is now back at Raymarine after it died after a couple of uses. The radome is connected to a C95 chart plotter. After about 15 minutes of operation the radar disappears and a message pops up that there's no radar attached.
Our dealer did the install, so they're handling the removal and repair process. What's odd is that raymarine wouldn't even give them an idea of what could be wrong. They just told them to send it back for warranty repair. Dealer said raymarine usually takes a month!
Has anyone else experienced this type of issue with this particular radome? Dealer tech went over the system and it wasn't a lose connection.
