Boat has been a fresh water boat and in a covered slip for its entire life. Bought from 2nd owners who had the boat since 2005. Boat was routinely serviced by Fabik Catepillar. Currently resides in Bear, DE

Recent survey from 3/21 showed zero issues other than elevated moisture in swim platform which is a bolt on platform.

Mildly crazy I have to admit. Change of boating plans (kids, kids friends, our friends sleeping on the boat) suddenly has the wife interested in a Sedan Bridge. Who am I to argue with the idea of a different boat?

Why wouldn’t he get that price or close to it? You’re a broker, right? There’s a lot of garbage on the market which is over priced and worse yet…filled with dreamers (buyers who are waiting for the bubble). This 450 won’t last long. Wish it was closer to me.

I can't argue, people are willing to pay crazy prices right now. The issue comes when banks are involved. They are not loaning the higher amounts. Please understand, my statement was not being critical.
