I have a new 2007 320 sundancer with hydraulic steering. The steering wheel is very tight at all speeds. Just had it delivered and the delivery guy said it is normal until it works in but I don't believe him. The manual says I should see fluid about a half inch below the cap when I remove it. I see no fluid at all. I would appreciate some advice.

If you don't see any fluid in the reservoir I'd have them check that out..... It definitely needs fluid in order to function properly. Does the pump make any abnormal sounds when the wheel is turned? If so it may be dry and if it continues to be used with low or no fluid it will be damaged.
