Hey there. I am in the process of replacing my steering cable and power steering actuator. There are 2 fluid lines running into the actuator. I’m not a mechanic so here it goes. If I unhook those two lines to take of the actuator will the fluid leak out. Do I need to do something before unhooking those lines. The reason I am Changing the actuator is because my steering cable is impossible to remove from it. It is seized up inside the actuator. So the only way I see on removing it is swapping out the actuator. Any suggestions

Take the lines off and push them together or they will make a mess.
