Power problem Circuit breakers

Hello all, I experienced a problem today that one of you may know the answer to. I was cleanng my boat, had the Ac, refrigerator , all outlets, etc were working fine. I washed the Outside of the boat, and when I went back insde, I had no power to any of the above.. I replugged in the shore power line both from the main power source on the dock, to my dockside power plug. When I flipped the power switch, I had power to the panel, I flipped the refrigerator switch and the frig worked, when I flipped the outlet or ac converter switches, My breakers went off.
Can / does anyone have an answer or possible cause / fix for my situation .
