Have a 97' 400 DA. Noticed a leak, and having done no research as to how they work, I removed screws from the inside. I didn't realize they were different lengths. Now only a couple will tighten. Apparently, there are retaining clips that the bolts snug up to. Am I now required to remove the outer trim ring to access the clips and get the other screws to tighten? Hope the manufacturer didn't used 5200 to adhere the outer trim ring. Also, anyone have a clue as to which length screw belongs in which hole?
