I tried to look at a couple of boats from them last year, and they would never meet me to look at the boats. After a while I wouldn't even look at any boat with them listed as the agent. I think FSBO or a local broker would have been a better option.
 
I called them on about 5 or 6 boats when I was looking this summer and not 1 single call back. I did get emails from them every once in awhile with boats for sale so I responded asking about one of the boats I had called about a month earlier (but never got a return call). He told me that boat had been sold about 6 months earlier but they hadn't removed the listing. You'd think they would at least call me back with that info and let me know about other boats.

I don't remember where I heard it but heard that they somehow have access to a list of boats sold and if one they had listed shows up on there they will go after the seller for the commission. Not sure how true that is either.
