And please be detailed about your issue.
It saves a lot of time not having to play “20 questions”. This is now the boating season, I for one don’t have the time to guess.
“Engine wont start”
5.7L 350 carbs serial#1234667
Cranks over, batteries are good, checked fuel filters, checked have fuel,
as much info as you can
Serial numbers are for manuals and parts books

You profile has nothing about your boat unless “7.5” is the model of the dinghy in your avatar. LOL

If you have a big block making 2.6 hp, I'd say that's your problem right there!

Ya crying blues, cant even get on boat for all the engine parts scattered around cockpit and 1 zodiac tube keeps losing air. The yacht should fixed by Wednesday and i just ordered a new valve for that tube today. I put little boat in water. Sprayed the whole tube with soap water, no bubbles. Never hit anything on that side. Hoping it’s the inflator valve bad, will see this week.

You'll be back at it soon!

I took the kids by a shipyard to see a battleship that is there now. Afterwards we continue down the river which is very wide. I'm outside the channel but I see a couple other boats my size anchored with kids swimming. We are going slow maybe three knots. All of a sudden, grinding noise and my in laws in the back he'll: there is tons of black, looks like oil. Full panic. Turns out to be a high spot middle of the river. Drives up, slow speed to get out of there, no damage.

Can be worse, heard about a friend of a friend. Bought a 300k boat last week, took delivery Saturday. Got out of channel coming out of Havre de Grace. Busted up the props, struts, rudders. He’ll be done for summer, wont find a mechanic till fall. Heard he didnt get insurance. Planned to do all that after he got it back to home slip.
