Please help... Searay ship wrecked in MA

The servo on our Searay that lowers and raises the engine is not engaging is their a fuse? If not how would I raise engine to get boat out of water for service....

It's difficult for anyone to help without the model, year, engine, and drive configuration of your boat.

And do you mean the engine hatch or the outdrive (I can't figure out what you mean when you state "engine"?)
