Here we go, right outta the chute on a new forum, and I'm gonna start a thread about ....shhhhhh, nobody scream now..airboats.....shhhhhhh, I said they will hear us...trust me on this one....Searay owners can smell airboat conversations....lol

This individual on the cover that looks like he has lost his marbles is...now listen close...my mothers, brother...ok I'll say it again for those of you who know my age... this is my (hair on fire, going mach6, crazy) uncle...my mother is 18 years older than me and he is 1 or 2 years younger than her...now my age is no secret, 55 + 16 = "what's he thinking"

My vote is no air boats on the CLUB SEA RAY Forum - not even in the Tiki Bar.

When I want to talk waverunners, I go to www.pwctoday.com - not Club Sea Ray.

Oh - and when I want to hear about Bayliners, I'll go to the Bayliner Forum.

Sorry, but General Jack Ripper said it best in Dr. Strangelove - something about polluting our precious bodily fluids and "Purity of Essence". I know it's winter, but this is the Sea Ray Forum. I think we need to "re-focus".

With all due respect to the OP, I'm going to have to add my .02 worth and agree with carterchapman.... I look to CSR for it's unique perspective as being strictly Sea Ray. Unless Sea Ray is making air boats now, I'd hate to see the site get off-track and cluttered with unrelated information.

Riccon, thanks for the post. I'm familiar with Airboating magazine. A lot of those airboating guys are pretty crazy. Based on some of the pics I've seen on southernairboat.com, I'd love to experience a couple of their weekend raftups, and compare them to the Sea Ray ones I've been a part of! Some major cultural differences there to be sure, but mostly good folks nonetheless!

Wayne, don't take this the wrong way. If it was not meant for other to see and shoot the BS about, it should have been sent via a PM. When things are posted in the open, everybody sees it and will make post/jabs at it.

Chuck a moderator. I'd say he not only has the right to look at what he chooses, but is being responsible by doing so.

By the way.......to keep things in perspective, he also has the ability to delete anything you post and can probably get your ticket CSR punched as well.
