Perko Masthead Nav Bulb Replacement

Thanks @Bruceflinch and @Scott215 for your comments. I sprayed WD-40 on the lower bulb sockets for both forward and aft bulbs on the masthead light and then let it sit for about 2 weeks while I worked on other projects. That's all it took to free up the bulbs and springs in the lower socket. I was able to push down and pop them out. I know the springs still work well, lol... once the top of the bulb was rotated outward enough, one of them shot out about 10' and landed on the ground.
