Pentwater Advice

Hi All,

We are heading to Pentwater during the first week of July, from Grand Haven. This is our first trip in the "new to us boat". We will be traveling with one other boat. My wife booked us at the municipal marina. I have heard lots of good things about Snug Harbor so I am wondering if it is worth attempting to change the accomodations? Any other advice for the trip is appreciated as well. Thanks.

We've been to both marinas. No particular advantage to Snug which is more expensive. Some think the harbor master is cranky at Snug.

We have stayed at the municipal marina a couple years ago, it was nice, close walk to town. We are heading to South Haven that same week from Grand Haven. Have a nice trip.:smt001
