Peel and stick non-skid

the non-skid has worn off the steps leading to the bridge. I tried some peel and stick from a local boat store but in the summer sun, the adhesive got soft and the material started to shift. It was a mess to remove and clean up.

Has anyone found a product that works?

I have 6 fiberglass steps leading to the bridge. each step is like 24" x 12"

Look into Gator Grip. This is what all the wakeboard kids use on their boats and it works great. My brother uses it on his boat and it also come in different noslipgatorgrip.com
