Here is something we got in the mail from the Army Corps of Engineers about someone looking to establish an Oyster Aquaculture in Mill Creek and Patuxent River around Myrtle Point park. From the document, I question the Mill Creek (Latitude: 38°20.128'N Longitude: 076°30.087'W) site as it seems to take up a large part of the anchorage that we (boaters) enjoy there. I have no problems with his other sites just the Mill Creek one.
Location: In Mill Creek and Patuxent River, near Thomas Point and Myrtle Point Park, Hollywood, St. Mary’s County, Maryland.
Description: To establish an aquaculture facility at a site on Mill Creek and two sites on the Patuxent River.
Comment Period: November 23,2010 to December 27,2010

Thought it was worth passing on.
