Out Drive wont go up or down

The only way to get the Out Drive to move up or down is the jump the solenoids. It does not move using the trim switch on the throttle. I'm assuming my next move is to change the trim solenoids

It would be odd that both solenoids went at the same time.

So it could be the switch on the throttle?

Pulled off throttle and found corrosion in the harness

Also, the throttle is mercury 3000 classic. At the base of the handle is a button to push so you can Rev the engine without engaging the outdrive. The button broke when trying to remove it. Anybody have experience with this?

After replacing harness I have full function of the outdrive from the throttle. Thanks all for your help
