original prop size for 2007 185 sport?

Looking to find out the stock prop size for my 185 because I went with a 3 blade 14x23 black diamond. That is what the merc prop selector came up with when I put in my exact specs (2007 4.3 carb 190hp 1.81ratio). Problem is I can not get over 4000 rpms. Which is somewhere around 40 mph. I've checked everything except the tachometer. But the below average speed seems to match the below average RPM. Im sure I have good gas, good timing, new tune up parts, carb rebuilt on a flowbench, throttle cable adjusted for wot, clean bottom etc. Im wondering if maybe the prop is the problem. Is anyone sure what prop size came on a 07 185? Anyone have low WOT with a 14x23?. Thanks

Mine came with a 23P 3 blade aluminum black max. I upgraded to a 21P 5 blade SS High Five because I use the boat primarily for watersports and wanted to improve the holeshot. FYI: Both tachometer and speedometer gauges are notoriously inaccurate. Be sure to use a gps for speed and a better tach if possible, like a clamp on probe from a Fluke multi-meter.
