Geez, forgot to crop it.
There we go.
I love that long wheel base ride sir, Cadillac ride.
Now that's a truck! Congrats @RBB
Ordered for delivery in 2023. Dealer promises it will be delivered but unable to promise which month. 4.0 normally aspirated GTS.
Installed new winter tires today just in the nick of time. Snowing like crazy now and driving to the dealer was like being on top of a hockey puck. Doing this two weeks earlier next year.
Just found out the car will be delivered in February.
Very nice. Congrats.
That’s a lot of sipes in that tire!
Pick up an early X-Mas present for myself tomorrow. Not new… a 2020 w/20k miles, I couldn’t validate another $20k for a 2023 model when this one doesn’t have a scratch on it.
Using every sipe today.
Me? I'd just be hanging out in the house. Huh... Guess that's what I'm doing right now.
Obviously a matter of taste. But I don't get buying these huge vehicles that do not fit into most parking garages, unless you are a trades person who needs the truck bed for hauling materials. I used to see secretaries dressed to the nines getting out of big trucks that they used for commuting to office jobs. Then there is the matter of paying hundreds to fill them up at the pump to get to work. While the choice is theirs to make, don't get the logic.
Another 1.50” of lift and this wouldnt fit in the garage I had to measure before I had it lifted to make sure, oh and new shoes sold the factory ones
Just heard it should be here in February.
Ya. Less positive about arrival in West Michigan than before but still guessing February. Time to order some new winter rims and tires as my current winter wheels are too small for the 911 brakes on the GTS. Poor timing. I just put new winter tires on the S car and will need to find a buyer for those when the new one arrives.
Some of you puppies may not know but back in the day it was normal to go to a dealer and spend the afternoon ordering a new car with exactly what options you wanted. None of this package crap. Every single option was custom built on YOUR car.
Ya, it was how it was done back in the day. Typically done in February so your shiny new car arrived in spring after the snow/salt so you got one year before it started turn into a rusted hulk.
Oh, and immediately after delivery you took it to Ziebart to have the whole underside coated in tar to hold off the rust for maybe a year.
