We have an ‘04 340 and are looking at options for new flooring as we have a golden retriever that will be spending a lot of time with us on the boat. I had been getting quotes for what I thought was the entire boat, but turns out it’s only for the helm and swim platform and both companies have declined to do the interior. I assume it’s much more difficult and am now wondering what my options are as this isn’t a job I want to take on myself. Appreciate any advice - boat is in Monmouth Beach, NJ. Thanks

My dockmate has SeaGrass throughout the entire boat. It looks nice and think it would better than Seadeck for a dog. Will take some pics of his SeaGrass over the weekend.

I second the vinyl option. Very durable.

We put aquamarine mat throughout the entire boat, but now I am kinda of regretting it as it seems difficult to keep clean and in certain places I can see the flooring through some of the gaps. In hindsight I should’ve gone with Nautikflor

Does Nautikflor custom cut from a owner supplied template or is it all installer trimmed to fit? I looked at their site and it looks like a nice product. I was thinking of going with plastidek like I did on the 44 but just the bridge and aft deck would cost about 6 grand just for the material with me doing the install. I think this Nautikflor might be just the ticket. Our carpet is almost new but it really gets dirty quickly as we are not strict "No Shoes" folks and we have two Yorkies as well.

wow that sounds crazy? did the prices go up that much or do yo have that much square footing? I'm not real sure of your boat layout
I did my old 33 and it about 800 for the cabin. if I remember correctly its 8 inches wide and 4 ft long. for $25

I've been trying to get information from Nautikflor, but they don't respond to email inquiries and the phone inquiries go to a call center outside the country.

I got a response but it was more of a sales pitch for Nuteak flooring. I have a phone number now so I will call the guy who responded and try to get more info. He wrote that samples of nautikflor are 10$

They only have the plank flooring like you would get from a chain store. So they don't support templates and such (spoke with them). That said it's pretty easy to put down, my only concern is what to do around the hatches in the floor to finish them off. I doubt I could cut tight enough to not need some sort of molding.

EDIT: The NautikFlor can be bought at Defender https://www.defender.com/product.jsp?id=6044673

I have 190 sq/ft between the aft deck and the bridge. The plastideck custom fabricated to my template for the 44 was $40 per sq/ft, the NautikFlor costs 10 per sq/ft for material. I will order a sample and do some environmental testing to see if it will make sense to use.
