Oops Worthy Photos

Sorry, but I got a chuckle when the big ship shot them with the water cannon after the collision. Sort of overkill. Got to figure the commercial people have had it with this stuff.

My next door neighbor came up river at high tide during one of the full moon tides and overshot the channel. Unfortunately he cut back on the throttle when he saw marsh grass going by underneath him.

Do you know how many permits it takes to get a front end loader onto a tidal salt marsh?

This could never happen to a Sea Ray owner; could it?

This is Lake Norris TN the next morning. We heard the landing at 2:00 in the morning...from what we understand they swam from there to shore, which was quite a distance after a few

I love the anchor out on this one!

Summer, 2008. Brick, NJ. A guy from my old marina who constantly drove drunk missed a turn.

:smt001Ha, cute! No, it's actually a Luhrs 320, early 90s vintage. In the early days of tv, with the "lovable drunk," this guy would be comical. But it's not even funny anymore - he has done more damage to that boat (mangled props, ripped rudders off their posts), it's a wonder he hasn't killed himself or another.

It's horrible. I usually love to work on things, but since this occurred, whenever I pick up a wrench, I drop it like it's on fire and curl up in a ball in the corner and suck my thumb....

Did Amelia Earhart give up when she lost her way?
Did dozens of airmen quit when the Bermudas confused their navigation aids?
Did Lindberg predecessors lose hope when their crossing weren't successful?
Did the XXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXX give up when their systems failed them? (Sorry, too recent.)

Scott, it's time to get back up on that horse full speed. Check the tire pressure in the Honda as a confidence builder. Next, consider rotating the tires on one of your domestics (have them checked by a mechanic before sending a family member down the road). I have complete confidence in you.

You can do it man. Those impellers are not going to wait forever.

Here is a web site with pictures of an abandoned Soviet Sub Base if you read some of the comments at the bottom they are saying that the Island is Chemical Contaminated and Radio Active. This is a pretty cool site to get some insight of Russia. It is of intrest to me because my Grand Parents left there in 1905 dosen't seem like a nice place to live .

Crazy, one minute to the second after lift-off Capt. Sullenburger says," What a view of the Hudson today!" Little did he know....

Thanks for the post!
