Can raw water system on 7.4 Horizons be winterized via fresh water flush kits by having a reservoir of A/F fed through a hose after closing seacocks?

Absolutely. You just have to figure out how to get the antifreeze into the engines. Read this thread for some ideas...

If you have sea strainers.....just make up a flush top....and add A/F thru the strainer that way too.
