I have been around on this site for a few years and just realized that you guys have a nice habit of introducing yourselves, which I don´t think I have.

I´m in for my third Sea Ray in Sweden. 220 Bowrider, 280 DA and my present 330 DA that I bought last year. Right now it´s a total rebuilding of the boat. New engines this weekend, new carbonfibre dash panel, all new instruments, new cockpit carpets, new canvas, polished hull and new stripes. I bought a minor wreck from Florida and within a few weeks she will look better than new and will once again hit the water.

A lot of what I have learned about Sea Ray boats, I have found on this site, so thanks to all of you for your help and I hope I can give something back with things I have caught up among the way.

Thomas, are you effected by the ash from the Iceland volcano ?

Yes! All flights are cancelled almost all over Europe. That makes every journey hard because you can´t find train or bus tickets either.

I will post some images of the restauration soon. Took out the old engines today and have spent another 10 hours cleaning and painting the engine room. It looks really nice!
