Hello,

Everytime i shut off the engines after a 45 mn cruise i see oil residue in the water for a short time.
i didn't get much worried since it's not significant, but still i need to add a quart of engine oil every 15 hours in each engines.
Is it a normal maintenance routine or is it something that i should be more concern about.

btw, i run twin 350"s mag V-drive.

Thank you!!

You may have a transmission oil cooler leaking through. check the transmission dipstick for signs of water.

Can't explain how you'd be having the same problem with both engines, but consuming a quart of oil every 15 hours with nearly new engines (unless you've put 1000 hours on them somehow) is not "normal".
