I have 2000 210 SeRay Sundeck with a 305 Mercruiser, what is the norm for oil PSI reading on the panel gauge at crusing speed?

What are the numbers you see (cold and hot) at idle and various RPM's?

Ok, so although that's higher than some, it's nowhere near out of the ordinary. I absolutely wouldn't be concerned about it. Unless you're saying it has changed recently. Gauges can be off, too - plumb a known, good gauge directly into the block if you want to find out the "real" pressure. But 60 is totally fine (although I say this without knowing the history and very limited info given).

The reason I asked is that the boat is new to me and I was sure when I took it out a week ago that running hot it was at 40PSI at cruz speed, getting older and just could not remember for sure.

Thank you

OK. Monitor it. See if it continues to change. It could a flaky sensor or gauge. Check it as I mentioned above if you want to be sure. Gauges can be checked, too - but you'll need to take it to a shop with those tools (kind of a specialty tool).

I was just out this weekend, and oil pressure was 63.2 and 63.0 psi at about 3850 rpm. I have twin 350 mag horizon Mpi.

"Special" in that it's probably not something that the average boater, let alone the average DIY'r has on hand. For some, $200 might be hard to swallow for a one time use or a "curiosity" check. Good tool, though, none-the-less.

You're probably right. I've had mine since about the late 70"s/early 80's (same model) and I' almost positive it was about $69.00 back then.
I will say, being a boat owner, even if I wasn't a technician, I would buy one in a heartbeat as it is a very useful tool and has many other applications.
