marinas are empty in some areas on the gulf. trailer prices are rising quickley. this is joke in the gulf. Where should us gulf boaters go? given time the oil will be all the way up the east coast. i left buffalo N.Y. for year round boating and less snow. i will not even pull into a BP station but i am dry stored and most marinas in my area only carry Bp fuel isn't that ironic. what are your thoughts. I use to manage a concret pumping co. up north and one of my unit broke a suction line on the Hyd. tank while in transit on the toll road. Dumping 135 gallons of oil. the operator pulled over and contanied the spill i responded with pallets of sppedy dry box broom and bobcat cleaning up everything we could. Fire chief said we did a first class jod as well as state police. thru way said mill the road and repave it. i contacted one of my customers and did just that. Milled the road and repaved it this was all done in 24 hours. the millings went to a sanitary land fill [ thats where household garbage goes Non hazerdous material]. A non secured land fill. I'm all for the enviorment and did not have a problem doing this. I think BP should return the enviorment the same way. Hire people unemployment is high. Pay decent wages that will put the money on main street. the upper management give up the millions of dollars in bonuses. they play the game they must pay price
