Oil and oil filter change for a 86 Sea Ray 300 WE

My son wants to change the oil and filter on his Twin 350 Merc 260hp Inboards, what oil and filter do you guys recommend....also, how many quarts does each engine need?

Rotella 15/40. Not sure on how much it will take. I am thinking close to 6 quarts. I don't have the part number for the filter but use a Mercury/Quicksilver filter.
