Oil analysis found %0.10 antifreeze in oil - CAT 3116

It is a subtle odor, but antifreeze has a sweet, acrid smell when mixed with exhaust, but just take the radiator cap off the expansion tank on top of the engine and draw a little bit of coolant out with a straw or tube and look at it. My coolant looked like muddy river water when my heat exchanger failed.

Sampling results are dependent upon the quality of the sample. My mechanic draws the samples through the engine's dip stick with a closed extraction system after the oil is warmed and circulated by running the engine. I would have little confidence in any other method.
