A short piece of a PVC glassed in place through the bulkhead is a normal way to allow for a passageway for water. Originally, there would have been a rubber plug attached on a SS leader, as well.

Fernando,
Welcome to CSR. I do not have a ski locker on my 1994, but hopefully someone can chime in. Are you having a specific issue with the drainage, or lack thereof? I have an in-floor cooler (6-pack size), I've previously pulled it out and can say that the drain for it drops into the bilge, no hose going aft.

Ted,
If your fuel gauge is fairly accurate, I just make a mental note of how much fuel I'm going to need and as I get closer to full I slow down. The 1994 200OV and 200OVOB both have 30 gallon tanks according to the Sea Ray spec sheet. When you get within a few gallons of full, manual the pump in light surges, you'll hear the gurgle and get used to it.
CNY, I have been going around the boat with a screwdriver tightening things up and decided to remove the floor panel over the fuel tank. Mine says 29 gallons on the manufacturer's sticker. I absolutely agree that this will be the best way to keep from burping fuel all over my boat. Thanks!

I removed the carpeted stern panel and pressure washed the tank, engine, carpet, and bilge area. I found a handful of screws in the process. I'll be replacing them with the next size up along with a squeeze of 4200 in each screw hole, and red Loc-Tite in any metal threads. Any issues with this plan?

Just acquired a '93 200 All original down to the Craig Stereo and canvas! It turns over but won't start so she is going to the shop ASAP. Looks like it came out of a time capsule.

Looking for a cabin door for a 1993 Sea Ray 200 OV. Anyone have any ideas where I could get one?

I think mine was home made, it is 1/2" material, bi-folding, stainless hinges and has a small hasp for locking. It does not look like those I've seen in pictures of other 200s.

Very nice looking boat Lony. How did the shop visit pan out?
It turned out to be a stripped distributor gear but I managed to source a nice one from Ebay just haven't had the chance to install it.
I like the wrap on your boat, the avatar picture, I was thinking of doing the same.

The teal is gel coat near the rub rails. Down below it was a decal that had a lot of damage, overlapping teal gel coat, so I removed the decal last year. You can see it more clearly on Fish Doctor's post on page six as it should look. losing the decal made the lower coloring lose the sharp edge but it's not noticeable at a distance. The Avatar picture was before I took off the decal. I also used a 3m eraser wheel to remove the 3 teal slash decals on either side of the cockpit.

I'm looking for a way to tidy up the damaged pin striping and add a little something to the all white hull. All that my hull has is the 3 narrow pinstripes and bottom decal.

Hullstripes.com is a CSR vendor and supporter of the forums, might ask them what templates if any they have for your hull.

You could also ask them if you had a template of the hull if they could make a solid color graphic for your boat, say from the gold pinstripe up to the rub rail...

I don't know a way to touch up pinstripes, just remove and replace. Although, searching the forums might turn up something.

I think I’d like to remove the old stripes and go with a solid blue wrap from the rub rail down about 12 inches or so. Although I really like the original decal your boat had. Do you know if those are still available?

Hi Folks! I'm new to the site, so please bare with me while I get used to navigating around the various threads on it. I just inherited a 1993 Sea Ray 200 Overnighter I/O. The original 4.3L has just been replaced with a new 4.3L and the boat had recently been cleaned up, so I wanted to get a trailering cover for it, as it only came with the cockpit cover.

I checked out a couple of websites, and the Carver Covers site wants me to choose a model after selecting Sea Ray as the manufacturer, and it lists a 200 Overnighter (1992-1997) but also a 200 Overnighter Ltd (1992-1993). If I select the 200 Overnighter, it shows a custom cover as one of my choices, but if I choose the 200 Overnighter Ltd, it shows a styled-to-fit cover but no custom cover option.

My assumption was that there is a difference in the hull, so I spoke with a Sea Ray dealer, and they told me my boat is a an Overnighter Ltd based on the HIN on my transom. When I asked what the difference is between the Overnigher and the Ltd, they said they couldn't tell me because the boat is a 1993 and apparently too old for their database.

So I went to the Westland Covers website, and they don't distinguish between the regular Overnighter and the Ltd. You have to choose between a 1992-1993 Sea Ray 200 Overnighter I/O and a 1993 Sea Ray 200 Overnighter O/B. I then started thinking that the difference between the two models might be that the Ltd may have come standard with the I/O.

I have provided the stern and bow pictures below. The pics show the boat on a loaner trailer, because I had to get the original trailer back into good working order before towing the boat home. If anyone can confirm I indeed have the Ltd, and tell me the difference between the Ltd and the regular Overnighter, I would rappreciate it. Thank you in advance for your help!

I have the same boat with various covers including a full camper top and sides the tags list model/part numbers. I will look tomorrow and give you the part numbers if that will help.

That would be great! I appreciate the quick reply! Have a good day

I plan on removing and rebedding the hatch in my 200 Overnighter. Has anyone done this before? It looks like the hatch is attached by the screws on the inside of the cabin. I'm assuming by removing these screws I'll be able to remove the hatch.

I plan on using Dow Corning 795 adhesive sealant to bed the hatch. While I have the hatch off I'd also like to attach some of the carpeting that's hanging down from the ceiling of the cabin back to the fiberglass. Does anyone have a recommendation regarding which adhesive to use to glue the carpeting back on the fiberglass? Thanks for any help or information you can provide.

After removing the hatch, check the coring for rot or wet between the fiberglass layers. Seems I recall people posting bedding the hatch in 3M 4200. But it you search the forum for hatch repair I’m sure you’ll find recommendation. Not all members will look at this thread since it is model specific.

As for the cuddy headliner, you want a spray adhesive. Like 3M “headliner and fabric spray adhesive”

Thanks for the recommendation for the headliner adhesive. I'll definitely check the core when I have the hatch out.
