Was down at boat but am not sure what you mean by window arms??? I’ll likely be down again this weekend if you need anything measured.

Pre splash project is a full depth mattress. We’ve been using a 4” memory foam topper for the past few years. It’s WAY better than just the cushions, but still not ideal. We got a new memory foam mattress at home, so I have a King size “donor” for the boat.

Getting ready to cut and will glue a piece piece on the one side.

Luckily my MIL is a seamstress and should be able to build a custom shaped cover out of the one that was on the mattress.

Has anyone found a solution to people bumping into the switches on the back of the boat? When we are out fishing, I am always turning off the cockpit lights or the bilge lights.

I found this online and was thinking about trying them.

Thoughts?

Let me know

please let us know if these work out for you. My bilge lights are on constantly.

In the past I had looked (unsuccessfully) for a flat push button type replacement for the Carling switches. These might just work.

Yes. Please do let us know. I changed my bilge lights to LEDs last year for that exact reason.

I also have had issues with leaving the bilge lights on. One fixture has even deformed the cover due to heat. I'm going to replace them all with LED's to minimize the heat at some point, but for now lazy me just took out the old incandescent bulbs to avoid the issue.

Has anyone repowered there boat? I need to pull the port motor I was woundering if it can be pulled without removing the entire hatch. I was thinking of disconnecting from the rams and pulling it all the way forward, if that would allow enough room to pull the motor?

Yes..... You have to remove the seat bases, then disconnect the rams, then raise the hatch all the way up until it hits the arch.....Easy Peasy...

New to the forum!..just signed up today. We purchased our 34AJ in June 2015. Have done all kinds of upgrades and repairs since then!!!

Opened the storage hatch in the floor of the cabin a few days ago and it was full of fresh water. Saw a few posts on this issue. Checked all connections in head and galley faucets, all dry. Installed new AC last year and condensate drain is working properly. Thinking the fresh water tank has small leak, just filled it up and marked level. Going to monitor it. Any thoughts??

Saw that someone was asking about SeaDeck. Just had it installed December 2020.

Call Jet Boat Pilot in Panama City, This guys do a professional job. They will have the pattern from our boat.

That SeaDek looks awesome. Did you get your swimplatform done too. I was thinking of putting it just on the swimplatform.

Yes, also put it on the swim platform. Will take a picture and upload.

Awesome what did that run you? So I know what I’m getting myself into LOL
I need to look it up but i think it was about 4k, that included a 10% holiday discount.

Be aware that polished stainless steel reflects bright sunlight and will burn the SeaDek. Have already had to replace a few pieces. They are good about the warranty but a little disappointed that they have not resolved this yet!! Still love the SeaDek!! Look at picture of dive platform at port side near transom door the SS plate on the door reflected sunlight and you can see the burn below. small thin angled line about 6" long x 1/4" wide.....
