Reaching back into the past, did you ever locate the source of water intrusion? After a heavy rain we have wet carpet in the same place. Also the sump area aft of the shower sump box will be full of water.
Yes I figured it out. I had left the window in the bathroom open for ventilation. The moulded shower surround that makes up the bathroom was never sealed to the window so there was a gap between the wall and the window. It rained and water got in that gap and made it all the way down to that carpet in the aft. I keep the window closed and I also sealed the gap with silicone

That cover is awesome, I have built a PVC frame and purchase a heavy tarp ever two years as the wind in the Northeast beats it up. do you mind what was the cost of the cover? and where did you purchase it from. thank you Steve E.
