Notifications not working?

    Has anyone else noticed lately that you are not receiving email notifications from CSR? I have my PM set so it should email me if I have one. Noticed the other day I'm not getting them.(yes I checked the spam box too). Anyone else having an issue?

    no emails - for quite a while. Chuck said it is a known issue that they're trying to resolve.

    No emails almost two weeks although I set subscription for instant email.

    Just got an email of only one subscribed thread, however there should be other emails of subscribed threads because there are new posts.
